God Apollo fell in love at first sight of Sibilla, a young girl of superb beauty who possessed great divination skills, and to conquer her he promised that he woul grand her every wish.
Sibilla took a handful of sand from the beach and asked Apollo to let her live as many years as the grains that she had collected in her hand. God satisfied her but the girl made a serious mistake: she forgot to add that she wanted to live the years in eternal youth. Her home was Cuma, chosen as a meditative place to be able to officiate the divinatory art, where she was hopelessly loved by the god Apollo.
The Giclé Print is made in Hahnemühle German Etching paper, one of the heavier weight Giclée art printing papers. With its weight and strong texture, this paper gives an artwork a handmade crafted feel. Hahnemüle German Etching is a robust Giclée paper, meaning it doesn’t tend to fray as much at the edges.
The Print comes with the document that certifies the artwork is a genuine and authentic limited edition fine art print produced directly from the artist’s original. This certificate and the accompanying Print are authenticated by the uniquely numbered matching holograms found on both items.
